Location: West Central WI | Where can I find a current fishing report on Leech in addition to bait choices/colors? Leaving Sunday, Aug 23 for a week of Muskie fishing there. |

| You might try fishingminnesota.com,,look through the forum listings not only do they have a musky section but they also have a area/region/lake specific fishing report. Ask your question in the leech area one also those walleye guys give out some good info too sometimes. |

Location: West Central WI | Thanks Happy Hooker. That's a good start to help me pack my tackle box. Just returned from a week on LOTW with my tackle box and three plastic trays of baits. In reality, I only used about 1/4 in my box and two out of the trays. My goal is to pack lighter and smarter for this trip. |

| I've fishing with guides on Leech and LOTW. Both of them threw the same bait all day long. They both firmly believed that it's not the bait you're throwing. You have to keep your bait in the water and be in the right place when the feeding windows happen. I still bring a huge tackle box to LOTW, but rarely throw more than 10 baits all week long. |

| In my experience with leech I've had success with a wide range of baits and colors I would start with your favorite baits and colors and go from there. |

Location: Walker, MN | Blades, big rubber, topwater, gliders...each day the fish seem to show different preferences here. When they will chase blades then we do that all day long ,but sometimes they just aren't interested in bucktails. Some days they are not interested in much at all |
