Does Anyone have contact info for sledgehammer Lures?

I have been trying to get a hold of them since I bought a new lure that leaks water into the rattle chamber and will sink like a rock. I have tried to contact them via their submission form on their site but I do not think it is working or at least I have not heard back. They do have a "No Leak guarantee" but I do not know if they will actually back it up.
