| Planning my first trip to MN end of August or early September (dates are flexible). Any general info will be helpful. I want to try Vermilion but Leech is also in play. Should I be concerned about turnover?
Thanks, JMac

| Concerned about turnover? No chance....some years you'll still have surface temps in the 70's. If you were planning fist week of October maybe.. Can't go wrong with either lake |

That's a tough choice. I prefer the Vermillion structure, but my catch/hr is better on leech. I think there is a better chance at a super tanker on Vermillion, but both produced giants. Can't go wrong with either one. |

Location: North MN | Talked my buddy into heading to Vermilion tomorrow. Heading out first thing in the morning. Not sure how to fish it but I heard there's a lot of good rock beds and weed lines out there. Hopefully have some good things to report. |
