Location: oswego, il | This is a pretty cool outside the box bucktail. The one interesting thing is your hook limitation compared to a standard double ten. Having said that no doubt they have chomp written all over them. |

Went to their site, started to put together a double 8, went to check out, and WHOAAA....$38 for a double 8 bucktail. That included shipping costs. I'll wait a couple years for when they start showing up on the BST board.
That's a lot of cheese for a bucktail!
Edit: fair enough regarding Canadian prices... |

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | Do the guys that use them see any difference between reg tails and these?
So if you are in a "bucktail situation" would you grab one of these first, or a regular one first?
last question, for the guys who have used em. do you see a difference on pressured waters. Fish eating these more willingly? |

Location: Pewaukee, WI | From my experience I didn't honestly see that much difference. There were a few times when the "Spoontails" worked when the regular bucktails didn't. I don't know if it was by chance or by design, but I did catch a few Pike on them when the fish weren't hitting anything else. |

| Anyone have information on just the spoon- Where can I get them? And is the spoon split-ringed or swiveled to the front?

| The spoon is split ringed to a swivel, which is shrink wrapped to the main body with enough room to allow the spoon to freely spin. After seeing them online this fall, I got one at Cave Run from Tony grant. I would not try to use them over anything but deep weeds and rocks. The spoon gets erratic and picks up a lot of weeds.
Edit: The front hook is also shrink wrapped on. I assume to act like a keel weight to allow more action out of the spoon. |
