I'm about to place my order for a JustEncase rear deck box for 619.  I really have no thought in mind as to how to lay it out.  For you guys that have them, what are the must haves?  Dividers, spacing, etc.  About the only thing I have in mind is a tool tray.  I've seen them on top, but then you have to move the baits.  The drawers seem like water would drip down onto the tools.  If you were to build another one, how would you do it?

What do you mean move the baits for the top tool tray? It just lifts out and your right there. I just keep smaller less used baits under my tool tray. I also had one with the drawer and the vents were on the sides so no water would drip in.

For my next Just Encase I want adjustable dividers with 50% being the new bucktail dividers with a tool tray on top like my current box. The drawer is cool and bigger but isnt as easy to access as the tray.
