Location: Holly, MI | I saw this wrap ar Bass Pro Shops for your cork grips. Wraps on like the old 10 speed handle bar tape or like you might have on a tennis racquet handle. I guess it was for grip or comfort. They had all kinds of colors. Would this be an easy identifier for which rod was which in the locker? Anybody use them or try them? |

| Actually, you can get the same stuff at most vet clinics. It's called "Vet Wrap," we used it for wrapping broken tails (on cows) and I knew some "horse folks" that used it to wrap horses legs. Actually, I'll bet Mills Fleet has it and if they have it, you know darn well that it's cheaper than Bass Pro.

Location: Holly, MI | I didn't see it in the catalog. I unfortunatly live close to one of Bass Pro Shjops retail stores ($ouch. I didn't buy it but I think I might. It felt great in my hand. Made the cork handle a little bit bigger. I think this might be good for fatigue from a long day casting. Also, sometimes the cork can get slippery or your hands can get dry, I have had to dip my hand in the water before to get a better grip. I know you guys that are releasing fish all day long never have this problem ; ) |

If you go to the online store at www.bassproshops.com you can search around there to find them. I know I saw them on the website there but don't remember where.
And, I don't think it's quite the same as vetwrap. I think this stuff is more like a cloth sticky tape as opposed to the stretchy vetwrap stuff. Close maybe but I don't think it's quite the same.
