The Buy, Sell, Trade board is provided by MuskieFIRST for our REGISTERED users to sell personally owned, used fishing products and Basement Baits in limited numbers.

MuskieFIRST asks you to follow these rules. Breaking any rules will result in thread being deleted without notice:
1) You must be a registered user to participate in the buy/sell/trade forum.
2) Three active threads per registered user.
3) Maximum asking price for total product is $1800 per user. Maximum applies to WTB (want to buy) threads as well (don't ask for something that's obviously out of the price range).
4) You must post an asking price for all items in the listing, this is not ebay.
5) Do not post ads linking to other places on the internet. If you have something to sell, post it here or don't post it.
6) You must include pictures of all items listed. If you need help attaching photos, ask and someone will help you.
7) This board is not intended to be a place to retail product as a manufacturer or reseller. If you wish to retail product including custom paint jobs or design, contact the admin and a program may be arranged for you.
8) In the title, do not post multiple items any more than absolutely necessary. Do not post the asking price in the title of your ad. Do not try to over dramatize the title to gain attention. Do not post title in all caps. A short description is all that is needed, not the name of every item for sale.

9) Do not “ttt” (to the top) or "bump" your thread to the top of the forum in any fashion. This includes responding to thread 'PM's Answered' or other versions of 'ttt' including the now famous 'price reduced'. Also, do not alter the title of the thread. You may edit the content of the post to include updated pricing, just not the title.
10) After completing the sale, please edit title of post to “SOLD” so that we may delete it. It is a good idea to print out the thread as a form of "receipt" before the post gets deleted.
11) Anyone reported as being abusive via our PM system regarding negotiations for buying or selling items will be warned ONE time. If that warning is not effective in stopping the behavior, we have the ability to revoke member's use of this board.

All sales and negotiations are between the INDIVIDUAL parties and any disputes are to be between buyer and seller only. OutdoorsFIRST provides this forum as a free service allowing our users to sell, trade, or buy items through the network of MuskieFIRST visitors, and offers no proof, warranty, or guarantee whatsoever.

This forum is NOT eBay and is not designed for retailing large amounts of new product, or as a place for people to make money by reselling second-hand products. Please respect it's intended primary purpose as a place for guests to sell used items for everyone's benefit.
