Just curious, for those of us who fish the city, how successful is your usual outing? Be honest…. Although, we are fishermen..

For me it seems to be 1-2 follows or skunks as of late.. I used to move a few fish almost every outing, looks like I need more TOW.

I am also having an outstanding year locally. Lots of fish eating out on the cast and not as many follows.

Ben, Teddy, yup! Love the fact they're biting on the cast.

Fishing Tonka exclusively this year to learn the lake better. Lots of hours on the water, and highly variable from trip to trip. Early morning last Friday had 5 follows, 2 looked like they wanted to eat but didn't. Last night fished almost 4 hours during the new moon minor window, didn't see a fish. Threw the kitchen sink at 'em. In general, will see 3-7 fish on most trips of 4-6 hours, but mostly lazy follows. If they do strike, it is away from the boat. Haven't had a boatside strike in the 8 all year.

Better than last year for me for this time of the year. My metro fish have all been boatside on the 8.
