What do you guys use for backing for your reels? I'm putting #80 power pro on my saltist. Mono? How much?

I put 100 yards of braid on, then, fill the spool with some cheap mono, and then, reverse it,

Me too, That way no braid is wasted and you have a nice full spool....I use 30 Mono any type and tie with a Nailknot
