| I Am just about over the prototype stage on this jerk bait, and I feel I have it about where I want it. Its the 10" version of my 8" raptor. It has the same very near neutral buoyance as the 8" but in that bigger profile.
So here it is a few of the prototypes I painted up. I also made a couple soft tailed versions, its nice to have enough room to keep three hooks on it along with the softtail.
I know that 10" isn't necessary big for a musky bait but this bait is deceptively big. It towers over my 8" Raptor. I took a shot of it laying in my hand to give a perspective, I am an average sized guy.
A picture of it next to my 8" Raptor
I am getting excited to use it in a couple months, I love fall fishing!

| If you need an independent tester of your 10" version that lives close to you, let me know. I would be more than willing to donate my time to the cause. |

Its a chop style jerkbait, similar to a suick. The difference that sets it apart is it stays deep with its nearly neutral buoyancy. It was made to fish deeper weed lines, timber, rocks that most jerkbaits cant reach. Its really nice because you don't have to keep jerking the rod like a mad man to keep the bait down, it allows more options on the retrieve because of the time you have.
I am working on getting access to a pool to do underwater video. Ill post it up when I get that. |

Location: Green Bay, Titletown, WI | I fish these quite often. The soft tails are awesome. I've found they work 4'-6' range very well, and can get down to 8' on bomb cast's. Work really well for open water fishing when I don't feel like throwing rubber. |
