| Just make them... Blade, swivel, a little wire and shrink tubing. Connect blade to swivel, tie wire to other end of swivel, bend wire 180 degrees the desired distsnce from swivel, stick through the eye of the hook, and shrink tube it down onto the shank of the hook. |

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | I want to say that who ever makes the "mimic minnow" want to say Northern Tackle? Any way they sell ten packs of the little blades with a small wire. Straighten the wire and attach it to the split ring of the bottom hook, Or just wrap the wire around the treble. That's what I did and it works great. I'll see if I can remember to post a pic later when I get home from work |

Location: Poynette WI. | I picked up 30ft of 124lb afw single strand wire from R&H for 3 bucks last year for 3$ and you can also get some blades from there. There's plenty of places to buy the blades at, I usually go with a #3 Colorado blade but size 2-4 will work just fine depending on what your preference is. I always use a ball bearing snap swivel which you can pick up at just about anywhere, along with a small split ring. Blades are cheap in that size, but if you add shipping they can get pricey for what your looking to do, if you bought all the stuff at one place it might make it more cost effective. |
