Location: Elk Grove Village, IL & Phillips, WI

Nothing big, but this weekend my 17 year old son managed 2 muskies in 2 casts. We took a quick picture of this one, low 30's and released it. He picked up his rod and made another cast and caught another even smaller, which we didn't bother to photo. I know it's happened before, but the first time in our boat!

My best was a 45 and a 47 in three casts, which is something I never expect to see again in my life. Make sure he appreciates how special that experience is, because it's not likely to happen very often!

This is pretty awesome regardless of the fishes size! Pretty cool father-son moment as well.
