how do people switch their fishing style during the 3 days before and after the full moon, seeing how this Saturday we will have a full moon?

Personally I fish during the day into the night on full moons. New moons are more of a night bite

I agree. I can't seem to stick one late into the night on a full moon. Has it happened? yes, but nothing to get excited about.

Not as big a fan of the full moon as the new moon and not at all a fan of moon up as down. This weekend moon underfoot is during the day. I like that.

I avoid fishing. So many people look at it as the holy grail and lakes get too busy for my liking.

I prefer fishing at other times when things aren't so crowded. Good things happen then too. Fish when you can and good things will happen.

I fish when I can. I've caught fish in all sorts of moon phases. I even caught a couple of Muskies on Minnetonka after a boat with three mentally challenged young men came by and mooned both us and several other boats in the area. (Seems they may have been drinking heavily.) The fish started biting after that and we caught a pair of mid 40 inch fish. I'd rather just see the moon in the sky though...

hmmmmm, since I moon people on the water and fish with no pants on, especially during a tournament, I guess I am mentally challenged.:-)

Before this polar vortex hits, they should be feeding hard. Atleast that's what I'm hoping for before this cold front moves in

I don't change much. Fish hard and all day if you can. Never know when a feeding window will happen.

It isn't that you cannot catch fish any time you go out, since it really is all about right place right time; but in my experience over the years, the full moon phase (especially September/ October) is when the super fish come out to play.
