| Caught this off the dock on Lake Nokomis with a sucker minnow on a quick strike rig. I now see why people say it's so dangerous to get into cause you just want to do it all day after the first one. Only unfortunate part was that I had mistakenly left my scale and measure in the car and i wanted to get the fish back in the water. From pictures i figured roughly 40 inches and around 20 pounds. Caught another smaller one a few days after. A little 32 inch but still lots of fun. I have a boat that i got this year and was excited to use but my luck has been better from the dock which is kind of frustrating. Any ideas or things I can try for success from the boat?
