Well, Gentlemen,

The Saturday report is....It was cold, windy, and cold...and windy...and cold! My son's hands were so cold he couldn't even snap a swivel. (need to toughen him up a little).  Water temps in the high 30's. Fishing on Dewart (hoping for staging pike if it would've been warm and sunny) then a run over to Tippy or Webby. Stayed out for 2 hours and marked fish in textbook locations. Downwind end of lake through a neckdown channel and residing in 20-25ft of water on the lee side of the bay. They were stacked up like cordwood(sp?). We don't know much about trolling yet but I'm convinced that's what we should've been doing. We'll learn though. Sunday after church I sat out in the boat soaking up the sun and read all my literature about my Dipsy and planner. Counting on you guys to educate me. I'm GREEN! Sunday was the day to be out. But, that's the way it goes. Boat ran great! Son loves it! I'll be in touch with you asking more about trolling setups. Later...

Dawg
