For those of you who have experience with this transducer have any of you had a problem with it kicking up during high speed running?

I know there are alot of videos regarding mounting but none of them mention the transducer kicking up.

I am just curious because this is a very large transducer.

Thanks and have a good day.

Just installed mine on a 2nd boat, both times no issues with install. Had it up to 35mph on the newest install without a problem. They are designed to push up a little bit, you'll notice some play when you install it, but the bracket keeps it in place. I haven't found it creates any issues on the graph.

Mine used to kick up after about mid 30s.. I just ran a medium-heavy duty zip tie through the bracket holes, and it hasn't popped up since..
I figured if I hit something with it the zip tie will break and it'll still go up..

I think I was told if I move the transducer up a bit it will stop doing that, but the zip tie seemed easier and faster.

I run one, no issues at top speed.
