I was just sharpening hooks on a BS Willey I picked up used and the prop is loose, screws not completely tightened up. Is this the way it is supposed to be?
Also does anyone use shrink wrap on the back hook of a pacemaker?

If it's on the globe style bait leave the screws alone. That's how it's supposed to be.

Don't bother with the shrink tube on a Pacemaker.

Like Pete says if its a globe you want the screws loose on your BS Willy. Also dont really need that shrink wrap on the pacemaker.
