I know everyone on here has heard about how well James takes care of his customers. I ordered two full handle rods off him and when they arrived they were split grips. He gave me the option of sending me the correct rods that I ordered or allowing me to keep the split grip rods and sending me some lures for my troubles. Not many people care their customers satisfaction that much anymore. Hats off to ya James!!!!!!!!

I broke a 2 piece rod and he let me switch it out for a telescopic rod instead. Despite the complicated return, as I was in AR and the rod had to be shipped from MN, he did every thing he could to insure I was taken care of. He also sent me a new guide to fix a broken one, that I suspect my daughter broke while messing around with it. He also sent me a free lure to replace the one I lost when I discovered I had cracked a guide. I would say that is top notch.

I agree. I dealt with him too on some issues. Top notch, and I can't compliment him and his company enough.

It's hard to find a company anymore that makes good products, backs them up and makes things right quickly if something is wrong.

I just ordered a 9' xxh telescopic rod from him. Should be here next week. Sometime this July the ice may go out and I will be able to try it.

Thanks guys! Appreciate the comments. Every single musky rod and lure company have issues, its how they take care of things that makes a difference. Most of my competitors have some really good customer service too. Hard not to in this industry as everyone knows each other Getting into the bass and walleye side soon so I hope good customer service will take my company in good directions in that world as well. One more week and my new VEXAN bass rods will be ready to go! To get them going I will have a 25% off special the first month so email me if you want on that list: [email protected]
Thanks,
James

No complaints here. I've purchased a rod and multiple plastics. Just placed another order today after reading this thread!

I've bought a lot of baits, and several rods from James.. the only thing quicker than the shipping is his response to any questions or concerns..

I gotta go order another rod..

I have to agree, I haven't been on here much since Milwaukee, but I talked with James via email prior to the show about an eye on a rod I broke last fall, completely my fault. He said bring it down and we'll see what we can do. When I stopped at his booth, he was busy with another customer, but I explained everything to one of his guys and he handed me a new rod and said here you go. I wasn't expecting that, but was so appreciative. Then, before I left I purchased one of his youth rods for my daughter and a few baits. I will definitely continue to support his company. James is also correct that there are many other companies in this industry that have great customer service. Thank you James and Tackle Industries.
