I have an 8' Diamondback blank for sale. It is a heavy action with what I think is a fast tip. Bought it several years back at the MN Expo with the intent of building my own rod. Never got started so looking to sell for $50. Will meet at the MN Expo if anyone is interested....... The blank is dark gray.. Thanks.........

If you remember how much you paid for it, I could see it being a Competitor series blank from Thorne Bros.

I'd be interested, but am not sure I am going to make the show.

So it's a heavy power blank with a fast action? Any idea what the lure ratings are for it? Do you have the butt measurement and tip in 64ths?
