Location: St Paul, Minnesota | A buddy of mine boated a healthy 48"er on Sand Lake in Hayward WI. If you are at a Fleet Farm or other shop with a bargain bin you can commonly find them at a reduced price. Worth a shot. |

| caught my first muskie ever on a thunderbeast so i'll always be biased towards them but I prefer them (especially price-wise) over dawgs and such. They have a wider tail that looks a lot better in the water IMO though it can foul on the cast from time to time but so can any other swim bait. Just be sure to replace the hooks with sharper ones if you buy any as the ones that come on them aren't that great. |

Location: Detroit River | I took my first Thunderbeast out of the package & 3 casts later I had a 42" musky in the boat. The hook-ups are much better on a Thunderbeast than they are on a bull dawg but both swim differntly & the Thunderbeast has more thump from the tail. It's too bad Storm no longer makes them. Overstock bait had them on blow-out for $10 but I think they finally sold out. |
