Posts: 3518 Location: north central wisconsin | Had a great time this year with my friends Greg Peterson and Brian Kronstedt. After spending one paycheck at the Fudally booth, I toured the venue, drinking beer, meeting people, and making fun of weird baits that probably catch fish. We had alot of fun at Ty and Lauras booth talking smack and buying too many surface lures. In fact I wanted one more pacemaker and only had 11 bucks left from my expo fund. My two buddies scraped together the remaining 9(also their last few bucks) and I was able to get it. Greg joked "there goes our supper money". With that, Ty felt sorry for him, handed him a couple bucks and said "Here, go buy a cheeseburger". Cool stuff: Lungen lures booth(bought a few nice looking baits there) Nimmer swimmer booth(loved those little globes) prices at bass pro(sale on jakes and stuff) Hi Finn booth was great as usual new Reef Hawg colors Beer Hellraisers new spoons Stuff I missed: forgot to buy an 8" phantom Muskie first booth(where the heck was it) forgot to buy that orange topraider from guides choice forgot to get there before handyman and his boy had the good stuff picked over forgot to leave the beer stand alone(attributed to another $100.oo or so spent on baits). forgot to follow directions from the dude in the orange vest and spent half the day at the homeshow. Did everyone else have fun? Edited by Reef Hawg 2/11/2003 11:28 AM

Posts: 32958 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | You absolutely HAD to have walked right past us, at least twice. We were on the aisle even with the Tuffy/Patriot display, next to Century Lodge. $100 on beer explains why you may not have seen Zach and Jason standing there. Great show! One of these days I am going to just attend a show as a consumer, just to see what it's like.

Posts: 3518 Location: north central wisconsin | NOOOOO(LOL,LOL), I meant attributed to another 100 bucks spent on baits(I'll edit that). Only had 2 beers on empty stomach. I gawked at the tuffies for an hour too. Dang it!!!!!!! Guess I'll have to order my t-shirt from you dudes. Gonna be at Point??? Edited by Reef Hawg 2/11/2003 11:27 AM

Posts: 32958 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I figured that wasn't what you meant! $100 on beer, even at expo pricing, would float a boat.. No, we will not be a Point, sorry.
