Down east Salty S-10 clamp on rod holders fit right on the gunwhale and can be positioned where you need them. I use two toward the front for board/ out rods and two toward s the back for down rods. I was also able to get one clamped on the transom for my propwash rod...but just barely. I run an esox ltd tiller so not sure if the mag's transom is different or not. Good luck!

I have the stinger, similar to the Esox Mag, and I have just used scotty rod holders with the extension piece to get it above the edge with room to play with. I think the handrail is probably the best looking option though.
