How do everyone attach the weights in the molds before casting resin-plastic lures?

I have tried to attach it to the through wire but I thought that was a pain in the ass cause I wanted the weights in the very low of the belly and the lower part just behind the middle hook and needed to bend the wire in so many places. And I felt that it was hard to get the lead to stay in the exact same position every time i casted :/.

I have searched the internet for information about it many times without any luck.

I asked Solarfall (Solarbaits) but he said that it is a secret how he do it !

I have molded lead in bars. 8mm and 10mm thick. How do I attach them inside the resin-mold easy and perfect everytime?

Im just guessing but I would use an egg sinker . Start by having a small hole that goes side to side "where you want the weight" run a piece of lubricated wire through the first side. then run it through the weight , then out the other side . Then pour the resin. Once the resin is set up , pull the wire out . HOPEFULLY lubricating the wire will allow it to pull out of the bait . Perhaps try on an old mold first .

The other idea would be to pinch the weight onto wire and have little holes in the inside of a two piece mold "in the break" so you are holding the weight in place by the wire. Once the bait is set up , trim the wire to the surface of the bait and paint over it ........

Just some ideas

Thanks so much for the answer.
I have tried a version of the first method you are talking about. That one worked pretty good but theres has to be a better way :)!

The other method you talked about I have never tried. Maybe I will test that out.
Thank you!!!

Need more ideas :D!
