He guys, just curious if you guys know what type of soft plastic is used on the Bulldawgs... Or what do you guys think is the most durable/hardest soft plastic out there?

I am not sure if "what kind" is as important as making "your mixture" that you want .you can add hardener to plastisol to make it harder . But I am sure there are folks here that know more than I about it .

The Formula 500 Extra Strength sold by LureCraft is very durable stuff & is designed for saltwater fishing.

Chemionics Corporation makes a military grade plastic.

You can get about any durometer plastisol you want. I use 82-88 for my lures. Nasty stuff though. Gives off HCl gas when heated. Real good for your lungs so use a good respirator OR do this in an air hood.
