I was burned a couple of years ago by a guy on here who shall remain nameless, but I believe was banned from here for his actions.
Goes out to everyone on here... If you want the bait, throw in an extra $1 and send it via paypal as goods and services. If they refuse the extra buck, there is a pretty good chance you saved yourself from getting screwed...and you are protected as well with the ability to reclaim your money.
I hope this guy follows through... This site has been a great place...only takes one or two to ruin it and people will cease to use it... Mods are great at dealing with it as best they can, though so kudo's to them as well.
