Just got back from a trip to Hawaii with the Hunts... here's the result of a little boat trip we took with some very nice friends who happen to have a boat.  Anything to add to that Donnie?

For me tuna is the best, especially when it is very rare but fresh wahoo is nothing to sneeze at either.

We have a 43lb wahoo on our wall from hawaii. Put up a great fight. Good eating fish too.

Wahoo has fantastic flavor, my favorite fish to eat.  Steak it up and enjoy.

Craig,

It was a trip of a lifetime....although I am wondering if we could just sleep on the boat, and never go back in next time.

The bigger fish that spooled us earlier in the day, on a 130 pound rig, was another awesome part of that trip!!

Good pic by the way Craig!

Right you are Donnie - it would have been nice to boat the big one... man did that reel scream!  And I wonder who took that picture???

We did steak it up and in fact he was our guest of honor no more than 3 hours later.  Some of the best eats of the trip (aside from the Ahi that is).

Craig
