Posts: 750 Location: Minneapolis, MN | So TB is having a 20% off sale currently and I'm looking at picking up my first Bull Dawgs, currently I have a charged cisco regular medussa, a white sucker mag superD, and a green perch storm thunderbeast. I was looking at the magnum sized bull dawgs in the walley or cisco pattern but can't decide between the pro dawg vs UV daw or if I should get the mag double dawg. Course the other option is to get another medussa or a superD. What are your guys thoughts? Do you like one version of the bull dawg better than another? I typically fish shallow stained/dirty lakes.

I have two pro's and they do seem to track a little straighter out of the box than the others, but I can't say I really prefer one over the other. I haven't used a double dawg or a medussa, but I've done really well with superD's. As far as cisco or walleye, it prob depends on your lakes you're fishing, but I do better with cisco.

to stay in the topic i would say keep your dawgs idea for 1 simple reason they catch the biggest numbers of big fish each years, let them fish on a versatile fashion and you just keep sweeping them and catch the biggest one.i would take a mag black and org tail,or a walleye org tail, last year my gf caught a 49 on a double tails but i prefer the single tail because they sink faster.there is some day when the pounder really shine over the magnum so i would also get one of them.i think tackleindustries currently make some good deal for the big one.i don't have any but i think they are more durable and cheaper than the real one

Posts: 750 Location: Minneapolis, MN | dfree - 8/21/2013 1:20 AM is it an in store sale? or online? It's online or in store if you bring in the email promoting the 20% off. Got burned once by the online sale not being honored in store so now I double check everything.
