Thats a good question. I just bought a Navionics Platinum chip that I will get to use August 17-24. I'll report back.

What part of the lake will you be on? I'll be up the same week at Fin and Feather on the river. I have the Navionics app on my phone...worked GREAT for the Manitou, but this is my first time on Eagle.

I primarily fished the West Side but it was 1977-1981. Thinking on going back!! Stayed at South Shore Lodge at the time and put boat in at Pine Beach Resort.

If you are looking for a chip check out the Navionics + you can download the areas you want to fish example download Eagle Lake and the state of Wisconsin, and LOTW it allows up to 2gb of data on the chip.
