| Daggone dude! Now is NOT the time to shed, but to GAIN! Woke up this morning, w/ a wine glass in my hand...actually I don't drink, must have heard a Frampton song somewhere...anyhows, woke up this morning to a rare 3" of white stuff, and the 35+ winds are coming to drop temps below 0 w/ the chill factor. I think I'll start off w/ a HUMONGO bowl of buttered grits, some honey toast, and heavily sugared chicory and try to pack on some extra ounces before work this afternoon...start up again tomorrow...[:0]

I was 242 last Thursday, am 234 this morning at 7:00 a.m. I have cut out beer and bread....wow I must have done too much of both!

Considering I just got done eating a Sausage McMuffin value meal 10 minutes ago, I am not getting on the scale until the next weigh in !!!

| Weighing in at a healthy 244# today, it's amazing how much weight I put on in the winter and then drop in the summer. I bike around 1200 miles a year and will shed an average of 20 # this summer. |

| Jason I wish I would have known about this Sunday, I would have let you chop out the holes with a spud bar instead of me using the big 10 inch to power out the holes, you might have mad it down to 200 lbs by today. After all what are friends for. We went 6 for 9 flags last night with 3 guys. |

| May be a bit late but I will try and lose a few myself. Going to be a bit hard considering I will be off work for 3 months due to my operations. LOL
I am at my usual 255 Lbs today like I have been for years so I guess anything under 240 would be great. I bet just cutting off my junk food in 1/2 will do it. [:p] |

I had a beer on Sunday and some reps at work brought in Krispy Kremes....I had too. Then Wednesday Pizza at work bought by the owners. It would have been in insult if I said no.
But I still lost 5lbs.[:)] |

Weighted in at 205 last month my goal is 180-185 by opener,checked today and im at 190.Shouldnt be a problem.and noim not a fat @#$!
