| Hi Folks here's the latest update, After nearly 2 years of waiting the trial is about to start, Jury selection starts on Jan 27 with the First Day of the Presentation of Evidence to start on Feb 3 The trial is expected to last about 3 weeks.
I will be out of town on a Business trip next week and then at the trial the following week I will update you all on my return.
It has been a long and frustrating 2 years waiting for this trial to start with all the delays and continuations however with our previous Gov. Ryan communting all the Death sentences to life pehaps it was a good thing that it took this long as the State's Atty is still going for the Death Penalty upon conviction

Will keep your family in our prayers..it's bad enough you had to live this once but revisiting a very unpleasant event seems to stir all the emotions up again.
Let's hope that justice will be served by our judicial system...that person's ulitmate judgment is still to come.
