Posts: 55 | Jed from Bikini Bait Company was kind enough to send me a test model of his new swimbait prior to my trip to the Manitou the past couple of weeks. I believe there are only a handful of others fishing the lure right now because he is still in the process of producing them for sale later this summer. I caught my personal best on this lure. My fish is small in comparison to pictures I see and stories I hear on this site, but it is still my personal best and I extremely happy with it. I highly recommend this bait to everyone. You can burn it over shallow rocks and weeds or it can be worked deeper as well. I believe Jed will have them out on the market in the next few weeks. I am unsure how to add photos here but if you go to the Bikini Bait Company website I am sure Jed would be happy to send you photos of the lure. I only happend on this swimbait because I reached out to him for custom versions of his Turmoil X glider and he told me about the swimbait.

Posts: 20281 Location: oswego, il | I seen the prototype that he posted a couple weeks ago. it appears to have the range of motion I like to see in a swim bait. I like swim baits that when held by the eye bend all the way around in a u. I could not tell from pictures and video does it have 2 hooks? I also hope its durable have one kind that really works well but it breaks screw eyes flush with the body on the hinges.

Posts: 55 | It is flexible like you describe below due to the multiple joints. It has two hooks as well. It comes with replacement tail (rubber). It held up very well for me....

Posts: 1504 Location: Oregon | I'm glad you like the swimbait and thank you. We are right in the middle of having the first large group of these painted and hope to have them ready in three weeks or so. This lure is made in the USA from solid high impact plastic. The lure is super tough. The lure is 10 inches and 7.5 ounces, including the soft tail. The tail can easily be replaced with no glue or pins. The lure will first be offered through the website and then through various tackle shops. The lure does bend in a complete "u" and has two 3/0 hooks. Here is a quick video clip of the lure showing some of the things you can do with it. Jed V. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3lFprCT7TUs&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3...
