Looking to extend a butt on a rod before I leave for a trip in a day. Any suggestions? Thanks

Thorne Bros is good but if your not close and are a handy person, try www.mudhole.com for parts. Lots of good videos there and also on YouTube about doing this.

Whereabouts you located? Extensions are pretty easy with some lead time, trouble is going to be finding some cork or eva to put over your extension.

Coren's in Chicago might have the parts you need, Frank's would be another choice if you want him to do the work, I doubt he'd sell the parts.
