I just pick up a couple of Off-shore snap weights. My ? is how far in front of the lure do your run them, I have a 3ft leader can I just snap them on in front of that or is there a more productive way of using them? Thanks in advance Guys.

Never tried them yet for skies but for walleyes I run them 30/80. 30 feet out snap weight then another 80 feet out.
