Hey guys, I want to go fins some nice smallmouth. I musky fish by Winchester a bit, but never went for a smallies down there. Any suggestions on a lake to hit? Willing to head a little farther south as far as Minocqua if needed, but would prefer to stay in the Manitowish area.

Big Lake by Boulder, Trout Lake, Plum Lake.

Go to Mercer and fish the TFF.
On the Manitowish Chain, I've done very well on Rest and Island. Clear has a good fishery also.
