This was an experiment to see if I could produce a translucent Mag Shad using Thai marbled Momi paper by omitting the opaque primer and glueing the paper directly to the lure with Elmers (dries clear). The first picture is in reflection whereas the latter two are in weak transmission and strong transmission. I tried to make a "light box" with cardboard for the strong transmission case but it's hard to record the degree of translucency in that configuration.
