Are they still in business? I ordered a pair online wednesday and my account has not been charged and i called the 800 number today and it just went to an answering machine.

When i ordered it gave an error about not being able to contact through email but the order appeared to go through and it gave me an order number.

Pretty sure they are in business...about a month ago I sent some broken frames back to them and had new ones in a week.

Are H3O's any good? I need a spare set and like the option of the different lenses, especially the clear ones.

Their customer service has been nothing but top notch when I've talked to them. They were still in business as of 5/15 because they issued me a refund for a pair of glasses for my dad that didn't fit. I'm guessing they maybe just were gone for the day? The pair I bought for my dad it took a few days before the payment actually came out of my account, so I wouldn't stress too much, i don't think they ping your account until they go to ship them.

AR - I absolutely love their glasses and if you pick some up, they may end up being your primary pair!
