Location: Moses Lake, WA | One of Jeremy's red cedar lure blanks initially started with mesh and mylar foil. I couldn't get the mylar to press into the mesh and show the scale pattern so I stripped it off and replaced it with aluminum foil. Wasn't happy with that either so I epoxied over it and added variegated metal foil, a bit of paint on the back, and some transparent orange/yellow on the sides. I feel like I went into a store to buy some shoes and came out wearing a hat.
