| I heard a rumor that Frolander Resort may be up for sale or coming up for sale soon?
Does anyone know if there is any truth to this or if it is strictly a rumor?

| I don't know all the history but its been for sale (on and off) for a long time... Saw it listed for 9 million not to long ago, buy it Midge that's a great long term investment  |

| I honestly do have a guy that would consider buying it for the right price and not even running it as a resort, but using it as a family cabin. Much like Monument Bay was sold to a private party years ago. But $9M, that's crazy talk!!! |

| So Mike, it's really for sale for $1M or you are saying you think it's worth $1M and the $9M actual price tag is 9 times too high?
