| Thought you might enjoy this musky caricature wood carving by my friend Gary Cichy. Gary won a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and best of category in the last World Fish Carving Competition in Springfield Mo. It's one of many musky caricatures Gary has done. Hope you like it. |

Gary C. Cichy, 52, a 20-year resident of Hinckley, IL. Suddenly Nov. 23, 2009 due to injuries sustained in an accident.
He was born in Oak Park, IL on December 27, 1956 to Harry and Lorraine Cichy.
Gary is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Janice, neeYocherer, whom he married June 16, 1990; his sons, Matt Prochazka of Lisle, IL and Brian Prochazka of Hinckley; his mother, Lorraine Cichy; his sisters, Diane (Keith) Nelli of Bloomingdale and Kathy (Don) Rank of Wheaton; his mother-in-law, Anne Yocherer; and sister-in-law, Julie (Blake) Gilbert of Naperville; and brother-in-law, Lance (Karen) Yocherer of West Bend, WI; many nieces and nephews; and his faithful Chocolate Lab,Bailey (Butch). He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Cichy and father-in-law, Harry Yocherer.
Gary was a 30-year employee of NICOR Gas. An art naturalist, Gary had his own unique style in creating true-to-life aquatic nature in his wood carvings.
He was also an avid fisherman.
For those who prefer, memorials to the World Wildlife Fund, 1250 24th St NW, PO Box 97180, Washington, DC 20090-7180 or American Cancer Society, 1801 S. Meyers Rd, Suite 100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 would be greatly appreciated.
All are invited to gather to celebrate the life of GaryCichy at the Memorial Visitation, Monday, Nov. 30, 4 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 8 p.m. at theFriedrich-Jones Funeral Home,Naperville.
