Location: Maplewood, MN | I learn when muskies on a particular lake start to turn on. Sometimes I get a great common weather pattern going for fish activity as well. |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Logs will inform you of when, how, and under what conditions your successes and not so successful trips went down. Patterns will emerge if you keep detailed information for a long enough period of time. With today's information available online, cross referencing to weather conditions, moon phase, and more is easy.
I think the largest advantage of beginning to keep a log it it forces you to pay attention to the details. |

Location: Lake St.Clair | Just started getting into the gopro filming for casting and already see it helping. I keep notes ony phone with everything and now video follows, strikes, fish boated etc. Hopefully it helps me out a lot this year. New to this forum and looks like a good place to be! |
