| Frabill is located in Jackson, WI just north of Milwaukee off of HWY 60. They are located in the business park on the NW side of town. Fairly easy to find. |

The Plano acquisition was posted a VERY long time ago, so no big news item there. We also posted the release about Plano selling to a Canadian investment group.
