Location: Sussex, NJ | Hey guys just want to see what you guys like when it comes to these baits. I'm a fan and I personally like the 10" monster and 7.5" ninja. I did pick up some 10" twisted tubes for this year and like how they look. Debating on a 12" Big sexy so lemme hear your opinions! |

Location: musky waters of SE, WI | 7.5 inch can get to move fast, short glides
10 inch longer glides
Big Sexy real long glides, but not so much action tails hardly move, seen fish in the fall on it but hardly throw it cause it just looks boring haha
Depends what they want, they all work! |

| 14" twisted tube (deep water version) followed by the Big Sexy (rigged for deeper water) and last is the 10" monster tube (rigged for deeper water). I don't even own the 7.5" Ninja Tube. I catch big fish, small fish, smallies, walleye and pike on these sized tubes. It's common and all Muskie sizes seem to crush these tubes. The Red October tubes have to raise, hook, catch, follow for me than most baits I've experimented with. Something about the action of these baits just make it irresistible for fish. I use them everyday on the water and primarily fish them in deeper water. Such a great bait! I'd like to see some new regular colors come out soon! I believe that I'm successful with these baits because they entice strikes from neutral fish or fish hanging deep that might not come up and chase a bait. Pop it slow and up and down in their face and you'll get strikes on fish that might not be willing to come up for a bait... Just a thought. |
