x 2 on this. I also dab a drop of super glue on the knot itself. EDIT: And, after I have made a few, I drop them in boiling water for a few seconds and then let them hang for a week to straighten out. | ||

| double barrel crimp. no knot needed. mushroom the tag end, snug tight, crimp. saltwater guys been doing that for many moons. | |||
