Location: Muskegon Michigan | Michigan Musky Shop hosted a very cool show this week end ending today at 5:00 pm. My Wife and I set up a booth yesterday in the 7,000 sq. foot room and did real well with quite a few Local ST. Clair fishermen coming and buying and trading. Jason does not charge any price for booth space for small manufacturers like us. THIS WAS GREAT AND IS THE PERFECT VENUE FOR ALL OF YOU BASEMENT BAIT MAKERS TO EXHIBIT YOUR LURES. No charge to get a 8 to 10 foot space for a table or small display. This little show is going to grow into Michigan's Musky Show in the next several years. Contact Jason Cheney at the Michigan Musky shop for details and reserve yourself a space for next year. It is a combination lure swap and manufacturers show. He may even have several seminars next year as well. The building was well heated, clean and BIG. Bathroom facilities good, local pizza delivery excellent. This years event was the first and it is my hope that this little show grows to full capacity. John snow, Vince, Beaver and all the rest of you guys. Just to let everyone know. The Michigan Musky Shop is hosting a lure swap/musky show minus seminar speakers (at least for this year!).
A few of the manufacturers coming are:

There maybe more a few manufacturers some haven't confirmed just yet
It's a 2 day event that goes from 11am - 5pm Sat Feb 23rd & Sun Feb 24th.
No door charge, table fee and parking is free!

Location: Muskegon Michigan | Jason has had to make a small change in the rules for this event. Number 1 if you are a manufacturer who is selling lures now at wholesale prices and or are paying excise taxes you are considered a manufacturer and there will be a booth charge of 50.00 . All basement bait makers and or lure swap tables are still free. This is still a very good event for up and comers, hobby painters and basement bait builders. If you are a manufacturer and want a booth for this show contact Jason now as the number of manufacturer booths is limited. Ill have exact numbers later today. Jason has to rent the tables for this event and this is why the small charge is going to be necessary. Booth size and number of spaces coming real soon. |

Location: Muskegon Michigan | The total is 30 ten foot booths for manufacturers. He has room for 30 to 50 table displays for basement bait makers and lure swappers. Reserve your space now as these will go fast. So far there are 6 manufacturer booth spaces taken so there are 24 left. Ill keep this thread updated as the year goes on. Mike |
