I just found this site on a Swedish forum, a company that offers weedless treble hooks using a new invention called Snag Eliminator, and thought I should share it with ya'll.

They also seem to look for retailers and distributors around the world, and apparently there are no North American distributors right now, so if anyone here on the forum has connections to such a company, maybe they could give it a try?

Biggest size is a 2/0. Too small for most of my musky needs.

Just to make it easier for everyone: International orders for the Snag Eliminator can be processed through this website. Unfortunately, its name cannot be written out in this forum (as evident by one of Björn's posts) since parts of the company name can be mistaken for a profane word which is automatically censored on this board...

Hey all...has anyone checked out http://www.neversnag.com Ted has a snagless hook arrangement out on the market that is proven. His hooks are already on the "Weed Warrior" line of baits made by DuckTail lures. Take a look at Ted's product it is made in Pound Wisconsin. He is also very active in our "Boundry Waters" Musky club, just a good guy to deal with...Randy

I have been using some bucktails that pull through the weeds nicely. The bucktail is so thick. probably the best I have fished with. They cost a little more, but are worth it. And I got a leader with it. I found them in a canadian lodge. They are made by NuG Tackle Company. Anyone else fished em?

I am glad that you mentioned the Nug fishing lure! I also found these lures at a Canadian lodge, near Sioux Lookout, ON. I agree with you that the lures work great in the weeds! I was able to fish these lures where other bucktails couldn't. You will pay a bit more for these but the quality is unbelievable. They hold up four or five times better then other bucktails that I have used. The leader was a nice bonus as well. Has anyone seen these for sale in the states?
