| NEVER NEVER NEVER will I indulge in such an asanine goal, nor put myself in such an ignorant position again...well, I hope not anyway! The curse is broken, and now I am free. BUT----for once in me life I actually set a goal, and for once actually met the criteria for such a monumentous task. To say it has been difficult would be an understatement; the rolls of duct tape, the sedation, the solitude, the despicable looks from family members...they all took their toll...I am but a shell of me former self, and medical personnel say it will take months for me to reach normalcy. When I would happen onto the board, I was like a starving waif looking through a store window filled w/ candy, yet there was no knob on the door; oh sure, I could have broken the promise I made to myself and gorged on the posts, much like one does on Jr. Mints, Lemon Heads, JuJu Beans, Sugar Babies + Hot Tomales at the theatre, but NO...I said post # 2003 on 1-1-2003, and stood firm. I actually made it! At any rate, good to be back; the Sponge family wishes each + everyone of you all a happy New Year, and to remember this is the time to forget all the anxieties/troubles/problems/anger/bitterness etc. from the previous year, and to create new areas of the aforementioned! I know how hard it was for you. I too go on short vacations and find a terminal and my wife says. "I thought you were going to stay off the site this weekend". I do walk away, but it hard to do.
