I'm making some bucktails, for the first time. I'm using #6 and #7 Colorado blades. I wanted to know if the deep cup blades will work well.

hey, if you are new to the board and interested in making baits you may want to look down a bit to the "Basement Baits and Custom Lure Painting" threads. it's a community all of its own filled with people who do a lot of what you are asking.

They work but I like the thump of the regular ones better. It's all about what your looking for.
