Posts: 351 | I know the feeling... I dropped one off my HP-C Iwatas and it hit the floor just right causing a crack where the paint bowl connects to the handle. That is the only part of an Iwata airbrush that you cannot replace from the parts list they offer.

Posts: 501 Location: S.Wisconsin | No luck with hobby lobby. Ordersd a couple from tcp global. Ouch....that would suck to have it crack like that. I droped mine but got lucky and only dinged the cap. Does anyone use the crown cap? Thinkin about trying one but don't know if its worth it or not. They say it reduces buildup on the needle.

I have a guess to where it is; epoxied into the side of a bait? The crown caps do help with the buildup; the downside side is you can’t cover it with your finger easily to get a backflow for cleaning.

Posts: 1202 Location: Money, PA | Couldn't you just go to a hardware store and get a matched size O-ring....If its the rubber O-ring on the front of the brush that I'm assuming.? If thats what you mean...Trader Horn WILL have it Edited by ShutUpNFish 2/13/2013 10:56 AM

Posts: 501 Location: S.Wisconsin | Thanks Mike. I don't have too many issues with buildup but at times doing shading on scales and such it may be nice

Posts: 4266 | I looked in the garage today and found a complete repair kit that I ordered from TPC Global, and it had 3 o rings in it. I ordered it when I bought my first Iwatas, it's been hanging there since then. Have 3 extra needles too.
