| Will hummingbird SI work using the universal transducer in Terrova that is 3 or4 years old or is a different transducer required? |

| Thanks, thats pretty much what I thought. So is there a solution to having a SI in the front? Do you strap the SI ducer to the trolling motor like the old days? |

| Here is the thing about SI, generally it works best at 2MPH to 8MPH. Slower and the signal can get very cluttered. The manual suggests this as well. When I put it on my rig I did not see the need for SI on the bow, I rarely am running my Terrova at 2MPH+ so it really didn't seem to add much value up there. |

Location: davis,IL | I've got a humminbird si on the transom and a down imaging on the front troller. All in all works out pretty good. Drive by and look at it, if it looks interesting, get right on top and pick it apart. |
