| Planning a couple Muskie outings with Dad and my brother, one in the spring, (sometime in June) and one in the fall, (end of september or early october). We think we have narrowed it down to either the French River, Wolseley bay or the west arm of Lake Nipeeing. We have been on the French once but not aggressively for Muskies and Nipeeing we have never been. Any suggestions on these two waters? One better than the other?
Thanks for any information,

| never fished the West arm or Wolseley bay but I go up 2 times a year to the upper french. Musky season opens up the 3rd Sat. of June. I have had very good luck in June on the Upper. Have had 3 fish days and seeing multiple fish follows a day. I stay at Lunge Lodge and it is only 10 miles away from lake Nip. there is 18 plus mile of fishable water and not including all of the back bays.
Let me know if I can help you with any questions about the Upper French |
